Great Books I - You need to acquire our next book, The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams by Friday 4/25. After completion of that book, we will read book #1 of Harry Potter, Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone to complete the year. I do not have a day that we will begin this novel but it is likely going to be sometime around May 5th.
Great Books II - You need several books as well. I will order the books but 4th period needs to bring me $7.00 for the purchase of Time Cat by Lloyd Alexander. After that 4th period will complete an SSR (Self-selected Reading) for the final book of the year. 6th Period GB II needs to decide on the next reading which is between Catch 22, Little Brother and American Gods. Let's decide quick!
